1.鋁電解(jie)電容

4.陶瓷電容

電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)容(rong)(rಞong)量范圍為0.022F~70F,極高(gao)的容(rong)(rong)值,因此(ci)又(you)稱做“金電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)”或者“法拉電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)”。主要特點是:超高(gao)容(rong)(rong)值、良好的充/放電(dian)(dian)(dian)特性,適合于電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)存(cun)儲和電(dian)(dian)(dian)源備份(fen)。缺點是耐(nai)壓(ya)較低,工(gong)作(zuo)溫度范圍較窄(zhai)。
